2 Potion chains. Strong Stone Skin Potion really good to apply Spikes to get poison. So picking up Stones is important. Pestilence Flasks underneath to trigger more at the first few seconds of the fight.

Second chain is Demonic Flasks and Strong Demonic Flasks to burst your opponent down. Health Potions are helpful to trigger the effect once more.

Tusk Piercer gives 4 Spikes at the Start of Battle. Besides Strong Stone Skin Potions the fastest way to apply thorns for Poison Ivy effect.
