Frostbite Snowstick

The idea of this built is to generate as much armor as possible with the help of Frozen Flame, Ice Armor and Ice Dragon.
Steel Amulets are insane then.

Your main weapon is Frostbite that Scales with Cold on your opponent. That's why you play all Ice Items you can find except Frozen Buckler. Not worth it most of the time.

You can play Snow Stick as a secondary weapon to inflict even more Cold.

You can cleanse your own debuffs with Divine Potion or Winged Boots.

Or if you have a Oil Lamp you can light up Coals to get Burning Coals. Put them into Ice Armor to resist Cold

You need some sort of Mana to use Book of Ice.
