Bloody Pinapples

This build will never, ever, EVER happen, but you can see the idea very clearly. The goal is to get 1 Claws of Attack, and load up on Pineapples and other items that can either make thorns, heat, or make other items trigger sooner, such as Gloves of Haste, Vampiric Gloves, and it might be worth looking into Dragon Claws? You'd have to be lucky with Berzerker though…
